Where do we ship?
We currently ship to Ireland only. Whether you are in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford, or anywhere in between — we have you covered.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over €49.99. For orders under €49.99 a standard shipping fee applies at checkout. No hidden charges — what you see is what you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery to Ireland typically takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us so you always know exactly where it is.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
If you are not home at the time of delivery your package will either be left in a safe place or a delivery card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot.
What if my order is delayed?
While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays can occur due to courier volumes or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch please contact us at trysolayre@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing please contact us at trysolayre@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away — whichever you prefer.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you need to change your delivery address please contact us at trysolayre@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to update the address for you.
